black prints as grey

When I go to print a document everything in it that is black prints in grey. I
don't have this problem with Word, only excel and powerpoint. I am using a
Canon S330 printer.

Because this seems to be a problem specific to your printer, I'm inclined to
refer you to the Canon web site. It's a very hard to negotiate web site, but

Most of the links from that page don't work, unfortunately. I couldn't even
