Blackberry 8830 not syncing with Outlook '07

I recently upgraded my Blackberry from a 7250 to a 8830. The 7250 sync'ed
with all parts of Outlook. The new phone will not sync at all, even though
it appears to be working indicated by the syncing windows. I am using the
cable for the sync process.
Any suggestions?

Consult the Blackberry's vendor. Outlook doesn't have any part in synching.
It's completely up to the sync software.

Did you change anything in the BackBerry Desktop Manager? I am using Outlook
2007/BB 8830 with no problems (after a weird MAPI problem that was eventually
solved). I might suggest clearing all the setting in the BB Desktop Manager
and re-initializing all the settings for the Address book and Email.

Thanks for the insite Scott. I just upgraded to Outlook 2007 and cannot get
my BB 8830 to sync with it. It worked fine with Outlook 2003. Verizon has no
idea why it will not sync up. I will look at the MAPI issues you suggest in
your answer. This may help me. Jeff.
