We have a staff member who syncronizes her calendar in
Outlook with her Blackberry. She has her calendar
defaulted to not use the reminder function on any
appointments she schedules. However, when other people
schedule things for her and put on her calendar, they
don't always turn off the reminder function. Is there a
way to keep the reminder function off no matter who is
doing the scheduling?
