I import and xls file into Access 2007
The tables are created.
The report is created.
I have 20 rows with 3 fields each has can shrink property set to yes.
This does work,
However there is about a 1 inch white space between the 20 row,
and the large text box (999characters) just below it.
If there is 3 rows of data, the space is largest, 10 rows of data, bit
smaller, 13 rows of data smaller yet. Margins are all Zero.
The paddings have defaul value's 0.0208 in them.
Are these paddings generating a Sum total that gives me more
or less white space.
If not.... What property or area to I look at to remove this
approximately 1 to 1 1/4 inches.?
