blank document page set up

All of a sudden, when I open a blank new document, in
print layout view, there is no top page margin. What
happened? The cursor is at the top of the paper and yet,
in page set up it still shows that I have a setting of a
one inch margin.

How can I get the margin to actually stick at one inch?
I am not sure how it got messed up?!!!

I don't check this newsgroup often so if you have advice,

Word 2002? Hover the mouse over the top of the page until the pointer turns
to double arrows and you get the ScreenTip "Show White Space." Click and
you'll get the margin back. Or check the box for "White space between pages
(Print view only)" on the View tab of Tools | Options.
