I have read though many postings and have not found my particular problem and I need help. I am running Exchange Server with clients running both Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2003. Currently only a few machines are running Outlook 2003 with plans to update the entire office. I have changed e-mail to send as plain text due to the 1st user running 2003 receiving reply's to her e-mail with no messages included in the body (only her original message text). When she forwarded the e-mail to me there was a winmail.dat file attachment. So I researched and changed how she was sending mail. The problem stopped and I thought it was solved. Now we have 3 other users running Outlook 2003 including myself. I can receive the users e-mail in Outlook 2000 with the winmail.dat attachment (there was no intended attachment to the e-mail) but in Outlook 2003 I receive no message text other than the original message send and no attachment. I have set up my external mail server to save the messages and I can go and view the message through web access but I cannot receive it in Outlook. I would appreciate any thoughts on a solution to this problem.
