Blank entries appearing in calendar

Hi all.

We have Exchange 2003 SP2, and Outlook 2003 irunning on XP SP2 n our
environment. We use sevaral public folders to book meetings. One of our
users creates an appointment in the public calendar, which is set to not send
responses to her calendar. However, when someone responds, it puts a blank
appointment in her personal calendar with a reminder that goes off on the
next half-hour after the other person responded to the meeting request. So,
if she sends the meeting request to thirty people, and ten respond right
away, she gets ten reminders on the next half hour. Her Outlook is SP2 with
all the latest security updates. Anyone know how to fix this? All help
greatly appreciated.
