Hope someone can help.
I have a total of 5 mailmerge documents that I would like to shrink t
1 document. Basically, I have a line that describes what my letter i
about. I use fields here to grab data from excel, at 1 time I can hav
5 different topics listed in the letter, so 5 different fields. What
want to do is use 1 letter with the maximum topic feilds. I have don
this but for letters that only have 1-3 topics I seem to have a lette
that has extra space from the blank 4th and 5th field. Is ther
anything I can do to eliminate fields that are not used when only 2-
fields are merged and therefore the formatting would not be messed?
