Blank folders

Hi,

I'm having problems with my IMAP folders. In each of them they have a blank
folder at the top of the list. (This isn't a server problem as they don't
exist on the server). I have read several things about ghost pst files and
have tried all those solutions with no luck.
Solutions tried: deleting profile and reinstating. scanpst.exe.

The rest of the folders in the IMAP folders work ok with no problems.
The folders show up when right clicking with "<0w#25>". It is not possible
to delete them.

Any help would be appreciated.

Can you unsubscribe them?

Unfortunately not as doesn't appear on the list of folders to subscribe or
unsubscribe

Enable diagnostic logging and see what's transpiring between the client and
the server. Exactly how is version-specific and you've not stated your
Outlook version. The MS Knowledgebase will contain the logging details.
