I am using Entourage 2008 12.1.4 (081024), on Mac OS X 10.5.5, together with
a POP mail account.
Everything's working normally and well, except when I try to reply to a
message sent to me from PayPal. I used to (prior to 12.1.4) be able to hit
Reply, and the message would be quoted as with all other messages.
It's an HTML message that I'm replying to; my Reply settings are unchanged
from previous. This includes checks next to the "Include entire message in
reply" and "Reply to messages in the format in which they were sent"
options. Nothing is selected in the original message when I click Reply.
When the reply message window comes up, I see the text insertion point above
the original message, then attribution line correctly shown, and then just a
bunch of white space, with a few horizontal rules interspersed. I tried
toggling out of HTML mode, and then just get a bunch of blank quoted lines,
like this:
Etc...
As I said, replying to these messages used to work fine until the 12.1.4
upgrade. Did something change? Any ideas on how to fix?
Thanks,
Dan
