Blank messages in outllok when replied via web-based mail

I have a few clients that are using Outlook.
HTML is enabled. When they send me an e-mail, and I reply via my web-based
e-mail - only two of them have an issue where they receive a blank reply.
Outlook Office XP or 2003 I believe.

How can I remedy this?
