For several days, I have been receiving a number of blank messages in
Outlook. I discovered yesterday that if I hit REPLY, the message
appears. Can somebody tell me why this is happening, and what I can
do to correct it?
I did a little research on this before replying. The best solution I found
was to first try to determine if the issue is with the receiving computer or
with the server account and then act accordingly.
To determine if the problem is with your own system, go to another computer
and connect to your account. If you don't see the problem here, then you may
need to trash your computer's Outlook and the Exchange folder found in
System Folder --> Preferences.
If you see the problem on another machine, then your problem lies either
with the sender or with your Exchange server account.
Have the same sender send the same message to another user within your
organization. If the second recipient sees the problem, you need to
troubleshoot the sender's end. If the second recipient doesn't see the
problem, you need to have your Exchange Administrator troubleshoot your
Exchange account. He may need to create a new account and move your old
messages.
Hope this helps! bill
