BLANK PAGES PRINTING WHERE I'VE HIDDEN THE PAGE

S

OMG...this is one of those days where you ask..."how do u spell cat"...while
staring wonderously into the sky!

i'm running xl 2000 - recently migrated from 97

my document is approx. 50 pages long and i've inserted manual page breaks
thru-out

problem...i've hidden pages 19 and 20 (row - hide)...

and when the document prints (even in print preview), there are two blank
pages where pages 19 and 20 should be!

obviously, i don't want those (blank) pages to come out!

my minds a blank!...all of a sudden i feel like i've come out of
hibernation...

appreciate ur help!
tks..sandi

You could select the discontiguous ranges that you WOULD like to print, then
click File / Print Area / Set Print Area.

Or maybe insert a new temporary worksheet, copy those visible cells to that
sheet and print from there.

One way to limit your selection to just the visible cells:
select your range
Edit|Goto|Special|Visible cells only
Now Edit|Copy
to the new sheet and Edit|Paste

Or maybe just copy the worksheet (Edit|move or copy sheet), then delete those
hidden rows and reset your page breaks (if necessary). Toss the sheet after
you've picked up your printed copies.
