I have setup some labels to print and no matter what I do, a blank label
prints between each label. (Access 2003)
Each time I go to print I get the message I am grown to hate: The section
width is greater than the page width. I don't understand how there can be
more data than can fit on the label with the settings I am using. Even if
I take off the two fields I have on the label I still get a blank record with
no data to print. Someone please help me, if you can.
Here are my settings: PAGE SETUP: Label width 3.25, Height 1", number of
columns 1, margins are the lowest it will allow me to enter, 0.4 top, 0.6
bottom, 0.23 left and 0.6 right. In design view I have made the label
footprint actually smaller to ensure it would all fit on one label, 2.75
wide and .75 high. The font is Arial 12. I removed the header/footer and
selected Print Data Only.
