Hi. I recently installed Project Pro 2003 on my laptop (recent vintage,
fast, with plenty of hard-drive room). The installation seemed to go
fine.
When I try to open a Project file, new or existing, the window pane
that should show the project tasks (or calendar, etc.) is blank. The
toolbars, menus, and other panes are present, but none of the buttons
or menu items that pertain to actually working with project tasks are
enabled.
This issue has been raised on this newsgroup before, but as far as I
can tell, never solved. There is an MS Knowledge Base article,
KB891170, on the issue, but in my case and in the other posters', the
proposed solution did not do the trick.
If anyone has any information on a fix, it would be most appreciated.
Thanks,
