Hi,
I'm running Outlook 2003.
If I click on my contacts folder, all my contacts show up normally.
However, If I am composing a new email and click the "To" button to bring up
my address book, then there are literally thousands of blank address records
shown. My normal contacts are still in the list, but way down the bottom. The
list is taking several minutes to open, probably due to all these blank
records.
I've tried to delete them from within the "Select Names" dialogue box - but
this doesn't work - the blank records remain after I've deleted them.
The "Show Names from the:" box has "Contacts" selected (under Outlook
address book) and there is only one contacts listed under Outlook address
book.
Any ideas how to fix this?
