Blank Reply when Users Send Meeting Request

I am using Entourage 2004 with Exchange and for some reason when
someone using WinXP and Exchange sends me a meeting invite they
automatically recieve blank email back from my address with the subject
line of the Meeting Request and nothing in the body of the message.
This is not related to me replying because the sender will get this
blank mail before I have even had a chance to read and respond. Once I
do accept or decline it will send an appropriate notice back to the
user. I appreciate the help.
