blank report if form used for parameter query

I have a parameter query that works fine if I run it on it's own.

when i link it to a form to select the parameters the query returns null
values (it's as if the wrong values are going to the wrong parameters.

I have tried in vain to trace the incorrect link and failed miserably.

any Pointers???

Sorted, the bound colume on the combos was incorrect
