All,
I am seeing the strangest thing in MS Project Server 2003. I have a project
on which this blank resources is getting added over and over again. I remove
the resource, save and close the project plan. When I open it again, it shows
up. It is just a blank resource. It is not assigned to any task.
Also, all the named enterprise resources have costs in A and B tabs. The B
tab rates are getting wiped off and the time phased rates in A tab are
gettimg removed. Only the latest A rate in enterprise is being retained.
This example should explain it.
In enterprise resource pool, John Smith has the following rate structure
Date A B
-- 75/h 50/h
1/1/2007 80/h 55/h
1/1/2008 85/h 60/h
But on the plan, John Smith shows up as.
Date A B
-- 85/h 0/h
This seems to be the pattern on all the enterprise resources (named or
generic).
Please advise if it is a known issue and a corrective solution if there is
one.
Thanks in advance.
