Blank Screen when opening projects in 2003 Standard Version

I am unable to open MS Project files or start a new project, whenever I do I
just get a blank screen in the display area, the toolbars, etc show but
nothing else. I found the support article on the MS website to register the
2 .dll's, tried it but it still did not fix the issue. Any suggestions out
there?
Running:
Windows XP SP2
MS Project 2003 Standard

Have you installed SP2 for Project? If not that is your starting point.
Whilst you are at it, why not uninstall Project, reboot then re-install and
apply SP2?

Do any of your other PC's behave in the same way?
