Hi,
I have outlook 2003 installed on my XP machine. When I receive an email in
HTML, I decided to forward it.
Once I clicked on FORWARD, I have to modify the content in the body of the
email. Outlook will insert a space before and after the character I type. I
then have to manually go back and delete the blank spaces.
If you have this version of outlook, send yourself an HTML email, with the
font colors, and size different. Email it to yourself and click FORWARD once
you get it. Now in the forward window, modify the content of the body. You
will see blank spaces inserted.
So if for example, this is the content:
"Thank you for contacting draze.com. We are here to offer you as much help
as necessary... and so on"
If you inserted the pointer in the middle of the sentence before any word
and inserted your OWN word, you will see spaces inserted. So in the example
above, this is how it looks once I inserted the word TEST.
"Thank you for contacting draze.com. We are here to offer TEST you as much
help as necessary... and so on"
So you see before TEST there are 2 spaces, and after it one was inserted.
How do I modify outlook so that NO SPACES are ever inserted?
