Blank window for context help - ADO28

Hi, I'm trying to help a guy at work figure out a problem. He is
trying to access ADO 28 help via the F1 key in VBA editor, but gets a
blank window. The ado28.chm and .chi are in the c:\windows\help
folder, and I've loaded a reference to the 2.8 Library. Still a blank
window. I can load the 2.5 Library and that works, but we'd like to
2.8 to work. Anyone run into this before? I saw a 2.6 article similar
for Access, but nothing for 2.8.

You know there are some *security updates* for CHM's. See and read all
