blind carbon copy in the to field

How can I include many contacts in one email, similar to a bcc, but when the
individual opens their email it shows ONLY their name in the TO field? (In a
sense, Im looking for a BlindTO)… note: I am NOT speaking about a BCC.

The only way to send bulk mail and ensure that each person sees only their name in the To field is to send a message directly to that person. In Outlook, the way to make that easy is with the Tools | Mail Merge command in any contacts folder.

You *are* speaking about BCC. BCC should display the address of the
recipient in the To field - the rest are hidden. Place all the addresses in
BCC.
