Blind copy should allow comment to those in BCC

It would be great if, when sending a message to more than one recipient,
including a blind copy, we were able to include a comment meant only for the
BCC recipients. Examples - "please do not reveal who sent you this", "just
so you aren't blind-sided later", etc.
