Blinking cursor won't respond to keyboard or mouse in one doc.

Blinking cursor stays on the first character of document. Neither mouse or
keys will make it move to other locations. This is rhe only one of many
documents that is affected. I can't edit the text without being able to
manipulate the cursor.
