Blinking dialog

When I open a word document and try to print it the top
box blinks and won't let me do anything. I get the
message, "You cannot close Microsoft Word because a
dialog is active. Switch to Microasoft Word first and
close the dialog" Any one have anu suggestions? Thanks.

This is caused by a conflict with the Norton Office Plug-in. See "WD2002:
Title Bars Flash, Word Becomes Unresponsive, or Word Cannot Close [KB
812075]"
