Blinking text on a button in infopath form

Hi,

I have an "Instructions" button which when clicked displays the instructions
on how to fill the infopath form.However, this is being unnoticed most of the
times and we get questions about how to do it.

My management needs a blinking button or atleast the text on the button that
says "Instructions" blinking (in a different color) so that it catches
attention.
I tried to lookup for help but not able to get any.

Is there any way I can do this?

Vidya,
An option for you making the button more attractive. We dont have Text
decoration as blinking etc in InfoPath as we have in Microsoft Word
