Bloating Problem, and slowdown after SP3

Office 2003 SP3 - Access 2003 database. After SP3 and the
office2003_accessHotFix_-kb945674-glb.exe have beed applied, the data base
bloats 30 - 50% a day. This did not happen before SP3. Is there a fix for
this?
