To model 2 sub-components within a component, I would like use 3
rectangles.
But is it possible to constraint the rectangles of sub-component
moving out of the component?
Can such relationship defined in Visio?

I though in Flowchart this is possible.

have a look at

in the shapesheet of the small square, look at the formulae for PinX
and PinY for how they reference the larger square and how they are
bound by the size of the larger square.
