Anyone know how I can import data from Excel (a football fixture list) into
my outlook calendar. I have 4 columns - Date/Opponents/Competition/Venue
that I need to enter

Outlook provides a FIle | Import and Export wizard for this. You'll have to
decide how those columns map to the fields available to you in an Outlook
appointment item. I'm not sure they will. You might have to go to a custom
code solution.

you can export the data from excel in csv format. import this data int
outlook and see how it handles it.

in outlook go to file/import export/import from another program o
file/csv file.
