Hi,
I have 40+ users running Outlook 2000 with MS Exchange 5.5
Everyone has all UK bank holidays listed in their calendars in the
normal manner but I would like to block them out - ie so appointments
cannot be booked and time is shown as out of office/busy when people
try and schedule others in.
I cannot find a global way of doing this ?
The only way I could think of would be to send out all day event
invites to all staff for every bank holiday and have them accept them
to block out the time in their calendars?
Surely there is a more elegant solution?
Thanks for any help
Paul
