Block Sender Oulook Express 6.0

When I installed Norton Internet Security 2007 my blocked sender list
evaporated along with the spam folder. Since then, additions to my blocked
sender list evaporate every time I close Outlook. I updated NIS, ran scan,
then ran online scan = no virus discovered. I searched microsoft Q&A =
nothing helpful. I have lately been finding 'tracking cookies' every other
day or so, whereas never recd them before. I'm convinced something is wrong;
but can't find it. Meantime, I'm receiving an escalating number of emails
from the domain I'm trying to block. Some assistance or advice would be ...
absolutely loverlee.

For Outlook Express support, you'll want to ask in the
microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general newsgroup.

Since you're also using the web based newsreader rather than outlook
express, you might want to use
http://www.microsoft.com/communitie...px?dg=microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general
(or, since you're using Outlook Express for mail, look at the steps in
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/community/columns/newsgroups101.mspx for
how to set up OE to use the microsoft newsgroup server).

Actually, you have to download the Norton Spam separately from Norton
Internet Security since it is no longer included in the program. I forget
exactly how they told me to do it, but if you contact Symantec, they will
tell you where to go to download it.
