The only way you get out of this is to get a new e-mail
address. And never give your e-mail address to Internet
servey because they will give it away to other serveyer.

If your ISP does not block spam then you can only blacklist them using a
blocking programme like MailWasher. www.firetrust.com You can go a long way
to blocking repeated spam by configuring Outlook Express to block various
types of sender.
In OE Tools/Message Rules/Block sender list... Mail & News.

Create a mail rule to auto-delete everything originating from that email
address.
