Blocked E-mail

When I try to send an e-mail to someone new that I
manually load in the address block - the message states
it doesn't recognize the person. I'm offered the
opportunit to delete it or change it........... I want
to send it as I typed it!! Help!!

So you're saying that you enter (e-mail address removed) in your contacts, then when
composing a new message, and using the To: button to browse your address
book, you can't pick that name?
Can you see the contacts when you try to browse the address book at all? If
not, right-click on your contacts folder and go to properties, Outlook
Address Book, and tick the box in there. If it's grayed out, you'll need to
add the Outlook Address Book service to your mail profile.
