Blocked emails due to Anti Virus software

A lot of my emails are blocked by my anti virus software (Mc Afee
SpamKiller), so when I select them and click on 'rescue the message' to
restore them back to my inbox, I still doon't see them in my inbox. Is there
any particular way to put them back to inbox besides disabling the Mc Afee
SpamKiller or perhaps is it one of the weakness of Outlook or even the McAfee
SpamKiller?
