Blocked mail to large group

I sent an email to a group of about 300 people in the USA (I'm currently in
Italy) and then sent a similar email to a group of the same size in Italy.
The one to Italy went through but no one (not even myself) received the first
one. I've tried several other formats and several times but I cannot get
that email to go out and get no errors back when I send it. If I send it
just to 1 or 2 people it works fine. Doesn't matter if I use TO, CC or BCC
either. Very odd. [Using Outlook 2007]

Hello Michael,
This is related to ISP permissions set to send e-mails to "x" number of
people.
You are able to send 300 e-mails within Italy but not able to send to USA ,
that means ISP restricts to the number of receipients while sending to inter
regional locations. Outlook itself doesnot restricts e-mails to be sent, if
it does so it will pop up with error messages.

Thanks. Sending to the same grp worked a month ago and I did try to split it
in half. Perhaps they reduced it to a small number. Is there a way to find
out what the ISP permissions would be?

Thanks, Raj!

That should be available by calling them and asking what their send limits
are.
