Blocked Sender List editing

Where is the LIST of blocked senders for OE6 kept in
Windows? In the program itself, they CANNOT be listed
alphabetically or chronologically, so you have to look
through (in my case over a 1000) Email addresses to
unblock someone you blocked by mistake..............if
there was a file somewhere I could search for the person
I unintentionally blocked and then delete them,
thereby "unblocking" them.

The trite "help" advice from MS is useless "If you are
using Outlook Express, go to Tools - Message Rules -
Blocked Senders list. Delete your friends name from the
list "

THE PROBLEM IS I CAN'T FIND HIM IN THE THOUSANDS OF
OTHERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
