blocked sender

One company says their email to me is blocked but don't see on block list. Have them listed in my address book. Have several safe domains listed in that page but can't type in that page to add their domain to list.

They could be blocked by your ISP (flagged as beeing sent from a domain
allowing spammers to do their evil work).
Check back with them,
