Blocking e-mails to a shared e-mailadress

Ted

Hi,
my company has personalized e-mail adresses as well as an "info@" which we
all can check, answer from, and so on. We get a lot of spam to this e-mail
adress. But when I ad a sender to the block list (in junk e-mails), this only
blocks the sender to send e-mails to my e-mail adress and the e-mails keep
coming to the info-adress. So how do I block people to send e-mails to our
info-adress?
Thanks.

In what type of mail environment?
Also, is the info address a separate mailbox or distribution list?

Hi,
it is a separate mailbox, however we also use it as a distribution list. To
make things more complicated we actually hire another company to send out
e-mails in ours/the companies name, with the sender "info@" (newsletters,
invitations, etc., these are list you have to sign up for, so there is no
spam)

I don´t understand the question about the mail environment, but all users
share access to the info-mail. But if we receive an e-mail to the info-mail
and I reply to it, the reply comes from my e.mail. We also share contact
lists via the infomail. However, the only one who can send e.mails with the
sender "info@" is the company we hire services from.

Usually when I block a sender i use Tools - Alternatives - junk e-mails. But
as said, this only blocks the sender to e.mail me, but I can´t find a similar
Tools-setting for the info-mail on my account or on any of my colleagues
computers.

Hi Ted,

Sorry, but your post still doesn't make much sense to me.
it is a separate mailbox, however we also use it as a distribution list.
That's not possible; mails are either being delivered to a mailbox or
sent/forwarded to the addresses in distribution list.
I assume you mean that a 3rd party company is using that address as a From
address to send out your mailings. The From address is then not the
distribution list but the address specified in the To field (in case they
are not sending out personalized emails). But that last bit is irrelevant to
answer your question.
So is the info address a separate mailbox where messages are being delivered
to, or is it a distribution list which forwards the emails to you and your
colleges personal mailbox?
I don´t understand the question about the mail environment
-your version of Outlook (Help-> About)
-type of mail account (POP3, IMAP, Exchange, HTTP, Outlook Connector,
Exchange, other...?)
Tools - Alternatives - junk e-mails
That's not a valid option in Outlook. Where exactly are you looking?
