I work in an office of 10 people. We all have access to
one anothers individual Outlook calendars for appointment
setting as well as handle their e-mail while they're out
on holiday. I (we all) receive personal correspondance
from time to time but I've recently found out someone's
been reading my e-mails on a job oppertunity outside this
company and has brought it to the bosses attention. I
normally read my sensitive mail right when it come in.I
then delete it then restart the Outlook program. When I
look for it in my delete folder, its gone. So how are
they finding it and can I stop it?
