blog & posting to windows live, no luck?

I have Word 2007. I type a blog follow step-by-step to post my blog to
Windows live, it doesn't work.
Then I register direct with Windows live - typed a blog- follow
step-by-step to publish to my space on Windows live's blog - No luck again!.
-- How can i type in word 2007 and publish to a blog and/ or several blogs?
