| Problem was a wrong ftp setting
|
| I explain:

| In fact my provider use a subfolder '/web/' when connecting by ftp
| and this subfolder is not necessary when browsing with http.

| I think that my domain name is automatically redirected to this /web/
| folder by a .htaccess file or directly on their server.
