It can be done with an Outlook custom form by disabling those actions on the (Actions) page. But if you use a custom form for everyday use, recipients who don't use Outlook won't be able to read any attachments you send them. And, blocking the reply and forward actions won't prevent anyone from just copying and pasting your information into another message. Maybe what you "heard" was about Windows Rights Management and other similar services that allow you to control what happens to a message; see http://www.slipstick.com/addins/security.htm#services

Create your message, but before you send it, click Tools > Forms >Design
this form, and remove the forward, reply, and reply all actions from the
form. Then save and send it.

Gentlemen

I tested this feature and it worked very fine but only with those
connecting to the same exchange server. For others, they are not
affected by this setup.

Do you have any idea or this is a limitation in outlook?
