BLUE Colored File Name??

I have some MS Word docs, (Word v 2003 SP-1), where occasionally the
file name comes up blue colored.

That is, the icon on my desktop with the file name underneath it goes
from the usual black to blue.

I have NO idea what causes this, does anyone know??
