blue dotted line border not printing - certificates

I am trying to print a certificate from a templete. Problem is that in print
preview the elaborate border is not there...or does it print. There is a blue
dotted line aound the page. My IT guy said I am still in editing mode???
This only happens with some of the certificates I print. The others print
just fine! HELP! Vickie

Here's a simple way to determine if the dotted
line is an actual border or just a place holder.

Go to...View...and uncheck...Boundaries and
Guides...if the dotted line disappears it is not a
border and you need to add a border if you
require one.

To add a dotted line border...select the object
you want framed and go to...Line/Border Style
and select a width...now go to...Dash Style and
make your choice.

Could be too close to the edge for your printer to print.

If it is a Paper Direct border it will not print. You will have to purchase
these certificate borders from www.paperdirect.com.

If you have View, Ignore Master Page enabled, the border won't print if it is on
the Master Page.
