Blue in Adjoust Actuals

In the default "Adjust Actuals" view some hours appear in black and some in
blue. What is the difference? (I am hoping the answer would be something like
one represents accepted hours and the other 'submitted but not yet
accepted'.....or could it be one is accepted without adjustments (ie as
submitted) and the other is 'after some adjustment'?

Appreciate any clarification

Red means entered but not sent to the PM for approval
Blue means sent to the PM but not yet updated in the plan

As you suspected.<g> Keep in mind that you should also see an icon in the
timesheet that indicates the same status along with the colored font.
