For some reason I can not figure out, there a blue line at the bottom of a
two text boxes that I have in a document. I don't understand why it is
there, nor can I figure out how to get rid of it. It is on in EVERY text box
in the document, just two. Any help anyone can offer would be appreciated.

A gray line (could be blueish on your screen) indicates that there is more
text in the text box than can be displayed. If your paragraph format has
Spacing After, it may be only the space that's "excess" or "overflow," but
try dragging the text box a little taller to see if the line goes away.
