Blue lock on my Access file

D

Dick

I just switched computers and a couple of my files (built
using access) won't work correctly. I noticed a blue lock
on the file icon in WindowsExplorer. How can I get rid of
the lock?

Thanks in advance

The icon with the small blue lock at upper right indicates an MDE file.

You cannot convert an MDE back to an MDB, but you probably still have your
MDB somewhere on your drive.
