Blue Paragraph Marks

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel I need to use paragraph marks but the blue color is a real distraction. Anyone know how I can make them black? I would really appreciate any help regarding this. Thanks
