bluetooth call contact

I'm having problems getting outlook to dial a contact via my bluetooth mobile. Currently if I dial from the phone manually everything is fine. I've set up my PC as a headset so I can also chat to people via the mic on my PC and hear them thru my computer speakers

When I click 'call contact' it begins to dial, my mobile shows it is dialling, and the "Click TALK" dialog appears. But after around 1-2 seconds I get an alert telling me there was no answer or I may not have pressed the TALK button and my mobile aborts the call

Any ideas? (FYI I'm using a Sony Ericsson T610)
